Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our beauty and cosmetic products, all sales are final for health, hygiene, and safety reasons. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, worn, or tested products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at TheRoyalKissCollection@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging so our team can review your request.

If we determine that an item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Royal Kiss Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.

Order Cancellations: We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
